The product arrived damaged or defective
The item is not as described

Note: The product must be unused and in its original packaging.

Return or exchange requests must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.

After receiving and checking the returned product:

Your refund will be processed within 3–5 working days
Refund will be issued through Bank Transfer, Easypaisa, or JazzCash

Shipping charges are non-refundable.

If you prefer, you may exchange your item instead of requesting a refund (subject to stock availability).
